The McGill MBA soccer team is much feared and equally revered in the North American MBA soccer scene. The team consists of both first and second year MBAs and is consistently one of the top teams in the McGill intramural soccer league.
Be it 11 a side tournaments, 5 on 5 indoor leagues or co-recreational friendlies, Joga Bonita lives and breathes in the red and white adorned by these soccer fanatics. The team’s flair filled dribbling and intricate passing culminates in a dazzling display of skill, teamwork, camaraderie and beer at the annual MBA world cup tournament held at Tuck Business School in New Hampshire.
Our club objective is to teach the fundamentals of the game of soccer and promote a sense of sportsmanship, fair play and teamwork among McGill MBA students in an environment that stresses fun for all participants and represents McGill at a National and International Level.
So if you can bend it like Beckham or move to the tiki-taka beat, come on down and lets move em happy feet.
