Work/Life Balance Club aims to provide activities, events, and lectures that inform the MBA student body of the benefits associated with balancing both professional and personal growth. The objective of this club is to provide alternate approaches that aim to enhance performance, improve focus and stress management, and elevate over-all well-being. Regular yoga classes are held on campus and guest speakers that specialize in mindfulness-based therapies have been invited to aid in leadership techniques and stress reduction. We also hope to invite other leaders in the private sector who have successfully mastered the art of work/life balance. The club’s adaptability to student body’s diverse interests allows agility in providing solutions that involve the entire community.
